Cultural events organised by the Friendship Nations Group
The Friendship Nations Group organises cultural events for micronations with friendship agreements, including
the Micronational Friendship Games, the Friendship Song Festival, and the Friendship Football League,
the Friendship Bowling Club competition, all of which take place in the Discord server of the State of Samizdat.
Cultural events for 2026
The State of Samizdat hopes to organise annual cultural events for 2026 in which other micronations can participate.
These include events that are similar to those celebrated in 2025. As in 2025, scheduled events will include the following
cultural activities that will be organised from the Discord server of the State of Samizdat.

This event will take place in the Discord server of the Friendship Nations Group.
Our next event is the Bowling Club Competition. It starts in January 2026. the objective of this event is to
get the highest
score possible in a virtual bowling alley and beat the other micronations. If you'd like

Friendship Bowling Club Competition
The Friendship Bowling Club competition was established in 2024 and is a popular online
sporting event in which several micronations take part.

The Friendship Football League was celebrated for the first time in 2024 and will be celebrated again this year.
This sporting event is played online and is a popular alternative to other similar events.

Friendship Song Festival
The Friendship Song Festival was launched in 2024 and is a popular event among Friendship Nations. The host nation, Samizdat,
won the very first song festival. All the songs for this event are original and especially composed for the festival.

Micronational Friendship Games
The Micronational Friendship Games, also known as the Friendship Games, began in 2024 and were an instant hit among those micronations
that like competative events. All the events are online and are played individually with no set times.

Micronational Exhibitions
The art exhibitions are non-competative events organised by Samizdat Art Gallery. The Gallery was established
in 2024 and held its first event soon after. Events that are cultural, rather than competitive, have proved
popular and hold the record in the total number of participants.

Micronational Quiz
The Micronational Quiz is an annual event played directly in the Discord server of the State of Samizdat. The objective of the quiz
is to
make the micronations of the group known to other micronations by teaching them interesting facts about our micronations.

Weekly Friendship Bingo
The Friendship Bingo is a weekly event played directly in the Discord server of the State of Samizdat. It is a nine number game.
The winner of this event is announced on a Friday and receives a certificate. A video update is produced every three months.

The following video reports have been prepared by Radio Samizdat. They relate to subjects raging from micronational trade to
a recent proposal to join GUM as well as a report on the friendship medal awards 2024.
Friendship Agreements with Samizdat
The State of Samizdat has ratified the following friendship agreements with other micronations. Older agreements, inactive agreements and those with
micronations
that have dissolved have been cancelled and removed. Friendship agreements that are ratified by the State of Samizdat with
other micronations and sovereign entities,
are not formal treaties or alliances, but can be considered mutual recognition statements.
